Cedric J. Vanzura has served as Executive Vice President Emerging Business, Technology, Chief Strategy Officer since August 2006. From April 2005 until August 2006, he served as President of Borders Group International, Paperchase Worldwide and Information Technology. From March 2003 through April 2005, Mr. Vanzura served as President of Waldenbooks Specialty Retail and Information Technology. Prior to rejoining the Company, Mr. Vanzura served as Chief Strategy Officer, Information Systems and Services for General Motors Corporation from 2000 to 2003. He was President and Chief Operating Officer for Lifemasters, a national disease management provider, from 1999 to 2000. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Vanzura served in a variety of management positions with the Company, most recently as President of Borders Online. |
