Cathy B. Taylor was elected to our Board of Directors effective April 23 2007 in connection with her appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Her affiliation with the Company started in August 2006 when she was retained as a consultant to the Company in connection with our Tommy Bahama and H.S. Trask product lines. Previously Ms. Taylor served in a number of senior management positions including President and CEO of Wenger North America the maker of the ‘Genuine Swiss Army Knife ’ and over 20 years in multiple positions with Cole Haan and Nike Inc. While at Cole Haan before and after its acquisition by Nike she held a series of positions including Vice President of Retail Executive Vice President and President and CEO. In addition Cathy held senior strategic roles with Nike Inc. including responsibility for the rollout of the Nike Retail Division and Niketown. |
