Ms. Munson is President of Lucas Valley Properties, Inc. and General Partner of McInnis Park Golf Center. She was previously a Director of Business Bancorp and Business Bank of California, from December 2001 until Union Bank of California acquired Business Bancorp in 2004. Ms. Munson was also a founder of Marin Community Bank in 1989, and served as Director of the bank (name changed subsequently to Metro Commerce Bank) and MCB Financial Corporation (Holding Company for Metro Commerce Bank) from 1989 to 2001. Ms. Munson has deep roots in the Sonoma County and greater Bay Area real estate industry. Ms. Munson is also active in many civic, educational, charitable or other non-profit causes in the Bay Area, primarily Marin and Sonoma Counties. |
