J. Casner Wheelock Casner is a member of the firm's Corporate and Commercial practice group. He represents clients with their general business needs, with a primary emphasis on economic incentives, construction, real estate and business acquisition matters. Casner also has an extensive background in taxation and has practiced in the areas of state and local, federal and international tax.
