Director since December 2004. Mr. Grossman currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and as a director, of, Sand Hill IT Security Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition fund. Mr. Grossman’s previous experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at US Liquids, Inc., an AMEX listed environmental services company, and thereafter as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company that acquired US Liquids, Inc., ERP Environmental Services. Mr. Grossman also formerly served as a director, and in several senior executive positions, including Chairman of the Board of Directors, Acting Chief Financial Officer and Lead Director at various times, for Pentacon, Inc., a NYSE listed provider of inventory management services and distributor of components to Fortune 500 original equipment manufacturers. In addition, Mr. Grossman was the Managing Partner of McFarland, Grossman & Company, Inc., an investment banking and financial advisory firm he co-founded in 1991. Prior to that, Mr. Grossman practiced public accounting for 15 years. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas, and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
