Carrie Pcolka focuses her practice in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and securities. Prior to joining Leonard, Street and Deinard, she served as in-house counsel at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and as a financial services associate at Pitney Hardin. She has significant experience representing banks and commercial lenders in the negotiation, documentation, and closing of secured transactions, including asset-based loans, secured lines of credit, equipment financings, commercial real estate loans, and leasing transactions, including single-lender, syndicated and participation facilities.
During law school, Carrie received the Hunter Advanced Moot Court Top Ten Brief and Octofinalist awards. She also served as a legal research and writing teaching assistant.
