Carolyn Janney has experience in a variety of legal areas including Telecommunications Law, Information Technology Law, Commercial Transactions Law, Regulatory Law, Banking Law, Intellectual Property Law and General Business Law. Her practice also includes pro-bono work representing abused and neglected children. Mrs. Janney joined Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers in 2006. Prior to that time, she was in-house counsel to WilTel Communications and The Williams Companies. She received her J.D. with honors, from the University of Tulsa where Carolyn was a member of the Energy Law Journal serving as Articles Editor, Phi Delta Phi honor society, and she received the CALI award for academic excellence. Mrs. Janney received her B.S. from Oklahoma State University in 1984. |
