Carole Watkins is Chief Human Resources Officer for Cardinal Health. Watkins joined Cardinal Health in 1996 as vice president of Human Resources for the Cardinal Distribution business and was given additional responsibility in 1999 for the entire Pharmaceutical Distribution and Provider Services business segment. She was promoted to her current position in August 2000.
Watkins came to Cardinal Health with more than 20 years of human resources experience with other Central Ohio based companies including The Limited, O. M. Scott & Sons, Lazarus and Huntington Banks.
She currently serves as President of the Board of Action for Children, the Source for Child Care and Early Learning Services in Central Ohio.
Watkins holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Franklin University. |
