Carol E. Baker, Vice President, has over twenty years of experience in the equipment leasing/financial services industry. When she joined Kingsbury Wax Bova, LLC in early 1999, she brought with her a thorough knowledge of the finance industry and an in-depth understanding of the issues and challenges faced by today's financial service companies. Since transitioning to executive search in 1993, she has successfully completed a wide variety of search assignments for financial services clients ranging from Fortune 500 to emerging companies.

Prior to that, Ms. Baker enjoyed a successful career in leasing and held a variety of management positions with Bank of America Leasing, Larsen-Davies, Independent Equipment Company, a subsidiary of D'Accord, and Itel Corporation. A seasoned industry expert during her tenure in equipment finance, she has held positions in many functional areas within the business including sales and marketing, structuring, asset and portfolio management, accounting, documentation, and lessor advisory services. Because of her extensive hands-on experience in equipment leasing and executive search, she brings an exceptional blend of industry perspective and the ability to match our clients' corporate cultures and a candidate's skills.

Carol has been a presenter/speaker at the Equipment Leasing Association's annual Equipment Management Conference and has been published in The Monitor. She graduated from Arizona State University.
