Ms. Thimot joined Catalyst Renewables Corp in March, 2002 and has 15 years experience in the energy industry. She began her career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse in Dallas, Texas. Her experience included planning, performing, and supervising both financial and EDP audits for Fortune 500 clients, including major oil and gas clients. She also worked as the Controller for a natural gas gathering, processing, and marketing company during the company’s transformation from a start up phase, post FERC Order 636 marketer to its achievement of $250 million in annual revenues as a diversified asset-based, service-oriented entity. While there she was also instrumental in restructuring the trading organization to ensure strict compliance with internal controls and improved business practices. Later, she managed the financial consulting unit of a leading management and technology services firm. Ms. Thimot is a CPA and earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University. |
