Carol Hendry is responsible for overseeing and monitoring organizational compliance with various federal, state and local laws. She joined CHS in June 2005 as Senior Counsel for hospitals in Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee. Prior to CHS, Hendry was counsel to a system of non-profit hospitals in Florida and practiced corporate/transactional/regulatory healthcare law in private law firms in Atlanta. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Emory University in Atlanta and her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. |
