Carol A. Anderson was elected a director of Lyondell Chemical Company in December 1998. Anderson currently serves as managing director of New Century Investors, LLC, which manages private equity investments in high technology ventures.
Previously, from April 1998, Anderson served as managing director of TSG International. From 1993 until March 1998, she served as managing director of Merrill International, Ltd., which developed energy projects worldwide.
Anderson serves on the board and Executive Committee of the National Conference on Citizenship. She is also an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers and the New York Stock Exchange and a mediator as certified by the Supreme Court of Florida.
Anderson is a member of Lyondell's Audit and Compensation and Human Resources Committees. |
