Carmelina Pagano received a B.A. from SUNY-Stonybrook and has since gained industry expertise by working in virtually every aspect of the Fashion and Apparel business. She has worked in Sales and Merchandising for major retail stores and Fashion houses as well as gained over five years experience in Fashion recruiting prior to joining 24 Seven.
Carmelina heads up the entire recruiting staff at 24 Seven as our Vice President. Her extensive industry work experience, as well as an attitude driven towards success, has granted her close relationships with the most exclusive Fashion and Home firms in the country. Her endless energy and enthusiasm have made virtually every placement a winner, perfecting the formula of placing the right candidate with the right client. She is responsible for constantly implementing creative client-based staffing solutions, and she most recently successfully represented 24 Seven as the on-sight staffing consultant with Ralph Lauren to staff the production and design departments for the recently re-acquired Lauren Line. Carmelina is also a member of Fashion Group International. |
