Mr. Guarino is the Chief Executive Officer for ICG Commerce, a private equity backed enterprise which is the market leader in procurement outsourcing. At ICG Commerce, Mr. Guarino leads an experienced management team in supporting customers in their initiatives to reduce costs and add value to their enterprises. Prior to joining ICG Commerce, Mr. Guarino was Executive Vice President with SEI Investments, a leading global provider of outsourced asset management, investment processing and investment operations solutions. During his 18-year tenure, he significantly expanded the company’s asset management division and led the organization’s entrée into global markets, driving significant growth through start ups, joint ventures and acquisitions. Having run one of the largest IT centers in the Eastern region, Mr. Guarino also brings an appreciation for managing outsourcing relationships and optimizing operational businesses. |
