H. Carl McCall became a director of Tyco in March 2003. Mr. McCall has served as a principal of Convent Capital LLC since April 2004. Prior to that he was the Comptroller of the State of New York. from May 1993 until November 2002, when he became the Democratic nominee for Governor of the state of New York. Previous to his position as Comptroller, McCall was a vice president of Citicorp for eight years. He has also served as the President of the New York City Board of Education, ambassador to the United Nations, Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Commissioner of the New York State Division of Human Rights, and was elected to three terms as New York State Senator. Mr. McCall also serves as a director of New Plan. |
