C.J. Duvall is responsible for all areas of human resources management for Alltel and its subsidiaries.
Duvall joined Alltel in 1986 and has held the positions of senior vice president of human resources, vice president of employee relations, international human resources manager, compensation consultant and director of employee relations.
Before joining Alltel, he spent time with Integrated Control Systems in Litchfield, Conn., and Saratoga Financial Systems in Albany, N.Y.
Duvall has a degree in behavioral science from Missouri Baptist College, and graduate degrees from Purdue in industrial/organizational psychology and from Eden Theological Seminary in scriptural studies.
Duvall serves on the Multi-Purpose Civic Center Facilities Board for Pulaski County, the governing body for Alltel Arena. |
