Bryon Niekamp has 10 years of successful management consulting experience with TSC and seven years of management experience in discrete manufacturing. While at Technology Solutions Company, he has grown Process Adaptation & Training into a well-respected, successful team of professionals. He has led process adaptaion, change management, education and eLearning projects for a wide range of Fortune 1000 clients.
Prior to joining TSC, Niekamp was a business unit manager for McDonnell Douglas Aircraft. He received a BS in Business and Marketing from the Miami University in Ohio.
