Mr. Gleason is President and Chief Financial Officer of Evare. Before joining the company in 1998, he served for two years as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Triple I Corporation, a start-up manufacturer and international distributor of automated optical inspection systems used in the printed circuit board industry. From 1993 through 1996, he was CFO and Treasurer of Network Six, a publicly-held company specializing in systems integration and custom software development for systems used by state governments. For ten years before that, Mr. Gleason was Vice President and Corporate Controller of Winthrop Financial Associates, a publicly held investment and management firm with a portfolio of over $6 billion. He was a key contributor to the evolution of that company and the success of its Initial Public Offering. Mr. Gleason holds a BS in Accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. |
