Bruce brings 24 years of experience in the corporate restructuring field. He has extensive experience within the US corporate restructuring group of a major Canadian Bank, and he headed this group for 12 years. During this time he structured and closed a large number of significant debt restructurings. He also has served as a member of the Board of Directors of a number of companies, and in this capacity has helped guide them to successful operational/financial turnarounds and the sale of significant assets and entire businesses. Bruce has experience in a wide range of industries including restaurants, entertainment, manufacturing, telecommunications and real estate. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with honors) from Queens University at Kingston, Ontario, Canada. |
