Bruce LaBrie has served as General Counsel since December 2007. Immediately prior to joining our company, Mr. LaBrie was Vice President of Legal Affairs from August 2005 to December 2007 for JASCO Products Company, a private distributor of consumer electronics and home electric products with a major market position in the US and operations in the Far East. From 2000 until 2005 Mr. LaBrie worked at the law firm of Crowe & Dunlevy in Oklahoma City. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Labrie founded and operated a computer consulting business. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Labrie worked as an electrical engineer for the United States Defense Department and concurrently served as an adjunct mathematics professor at the University of Central Oklahoma. Mr. LaBrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and both a Master of Business Administration degree and a Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University. Mr. LaBrie is a licensed patent attorney and is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts of Oklahoma and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. |
