Chairman of the Board Bruce Armstrong has more than 25 years of experience developing, marketing, selling, and investing in technology. He is currently managing partner of Verus Ventures, a provider of advisory services to venture-backed technology companies. Previously, he served as president and CEO of publicly-traded Knova Software, a leading provider of customer service software for the technology, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Prior to joining Knova, Bruce held leadership positions at Internet Capital Group, Broadbase, Sybase, and Teradata. Bruce has served on the boards of Accrue, Agribuys, BuyMedia, Citadon, CMPnet, Collabrys, Delphion, Freeborders, FuelSpot, ICG Asia, ICG Japan, Knova, NetVendor, Proveer, TeamOn, and Vivant. He also serves on the board of The Bay School of San Francisco, an independent, coeducational college preparatory high school located in the Presidio of San Francisco. Bruce has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley. |
