Corporate Responsibilities
McEagle Principal, Bruce Sokolik, has more than 20 years of real estate experience. Bruce’s responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of real estate operations, finance and property management for the company. He serves as the primary contact for a network of financial institutions, consultants and other outsourced specialists. His broad background provides him with the skills required to manage both legal affairs and capital formation in connection with acquisitions and property development. Bruce has played a major role in the development of WingHaven®, McEagle’s largest project to date. WingHaven is a 1,200-acre master planned, mixed-use community in O’Fallon, Missouri.
Previously, Bruce was the Chief Financial Officer at a major St. Louis commercial real estate firm for more than 12 years where he supervised all accounting functions. In addition, he provided financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting in connection with the development and construction of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial real estate. As the director of property management services, Bruce was responsible for a portfolio valued at approximately $50 million. He also negotiated all debt financing and loan agreements and oversaw the administration of real estate and loan closings. |
