Mr. Redding is the inventor of U-Strip Drug Delivery System and it’s Cosmetic and Antiseptic Extensions, the U-Wand and A-Wand. He has over 15 years experience in new product development and holds patents in many fields. Mr. Redding has an extensive background in technology transfer, having negotiated License and R&D agreements with world-class firms such as Church & Dwight, Ottens Flavors, GNC, Sandoz, Nabisco, and General Mills. He is an innovator in the science of microencapsulation and has published several articles on the subject in trade magazines and scientific journals. Past positions held include President Delta Food Group, EVP/Technology Director of M-CAP Technologies International (A Dupont/ConAgra Joint Venture), and Chief Engineer of Insulated Technologies Corp.
Mr. Redding graduated from Temple University in 1979 with a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering. |
