As a highly-experienced finance professional with extensive transactional and operational expertise spanning a variety of industries, Mr. Worman oversees the long-term financial picture of the company. From financial planning to controllership and treasurer duties, his role in overseeing the financial activities of the company is an integral and critical one.

Prior to joining NTI, Mr. Worman served as Chief Financial Officer of Vivendi Universal Net USA, ("VUNet USA"), a subsidiary of Vivendi Universal (NYSE: V) that operated MP3.com, Inc., Flipside Network, Moviso, a leading wireless service provider, and VUNet USA Technologies, a leading internet distribution infrastructure provider.

From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Worman served as Senior Vice President of Finance for MP3.com, Inc. where he directly managed all financial operations---including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Other positions prior to MP3.com included Director of Strategic Planning and Business development for Edison Enterprises, the unregulated subsidiary of Edison International, Director of Corporate Finance at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP and Vice President in Private Banking & Structured Finance at J.P. Morgan & Co.

Mr. Worman received his Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of California, Davis.
