G. Bruce Weathers also has over 30 years of experience in healthcare financial management. He began his career in healthcare in 1972 serving as the Manager of Patient Accounts at Sylacauga Hospital. In 1976, Bruce joined Baptist Medical Center in Montgomery, Alabama, as its Director of Business Services. In 1980, he left Baptist Medical Center to work in the same capacity at St. Margaret's Hospital. With 12 years of hospital experience, Bruce and Larry Hughes co-founded Medical Management, Inc. in 1984. Since that time, Bruce has worked exclusively in anesthesia.
