Bruce F. Wesson has served as a director of the Company since May 2006 and serves as President of Galen Associates a health care venture firm and General Partner of Galen Partners L.P. Prior to January 1991 he was Senior Vice President and Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Division of Smith Barney where he worked for over 23 years. During his tenure at Smith Barney he was Chairman of the Valuation and Opinion Committee for Corporate Finance in which capacity he was ultimately responsible for all valuation and opinions given by Smith Barney. He currently serves on the Boards of Chemtura Corporation QMED Acura Pharmaceuticals Inc. and several of Galen's privately held portfolio companies. Mr. Wesson earned a B.A. from Colgate University and has a M.B.A. from Columbia University. |
