Bruce Savett is a 23-year veteran of the real estate industry. Prior to becoming a founding principal in Granite Peak Partners, he was the president of IEC Real Estate Corporation where he grew the company from $40 million to $300 million in assets, yielding investor returns within the top deciles for industry performance. Throughout his career in real estate, Mr. Savett has developed an uncommon talent for buying properties that are undervalued and implementing a tested, value-add strategy to increase property values, allowing for generous returns for his investing clientele. Bruce leads the Granite Peak Partners acquisitions/dispositions and syndication departments.
