Bruce D. Parker a director of AirNet since November 2002, is the Founder and President of IT Management Group, LLC, a specialty consulting group that advises and manages information technology organizations for corporations in Europe and the United States. Mr. Parker served as Executive Vice President of Sapient Corporation, a business and technology consulting firm, from December 1999 until his retirement in July 2002. From December 1997 to December 1999, Mr. Parker served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at United Airlines, Inc. From September 1994 to December 1997, Mr. Parker was Senior Vice President Management Information Systems and Chief Information Officer at Ryder System, Inc. Mr. Parker is also a director of Sapient Corporation.
