Experience: Bruce has been with Goodman & Company for over 30 years. He is experienced on matters of financial and tax planning including financing and regional incentives. He specializes in planning for high net worth individuals. He is the firm’s primary resource on mergers and acquisitions. He not only provides on-going advice and guidance for operations and business management, but also frequently speaks on such topics. His clients include distributors, manufacturers with international operations, healthcare and automobile dealers.Health Care Expertise Bruce has been a part of the Goodman & Company Health Care Specialization Team for over twenty years. He currently represents over fifty practices. He provides ongoing advice and guidance to physician owners and practices on a variety of topics, including operations management, mergers and acquisitions. He has assisted over twenty-five practices in sales/strategic mergers with other practices and sales to other health care organizations. He also advised in the formation of a joint hospital-owned MRI and other diagnostic centers. He frequently assists in preparing certificates of need applications for new facilities and in obtaining financing, including industrial revenue bonds.
