Bruce A. Miller, CPA, has been our lead independent director since our formation in June 2003. Mr. Miller is a retired managing partner of the E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, San Francisco, California, where he served from 1980 to 1999. Mr. Miller is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Miller is the chairman of the board of LumenIQ, Inc., president of the board of The San Francisco Food Bank and is a director of AMB Institutional Alliance REIT I, Inc., Great Circle Water (Technologies), Inc., California Center for Land Recycling and Whitney Cressman Limited. Mr. Miller has acted as an advisor to David J. Brown Real Estate Investor since early 2003. Mr. Miller earned a B.A. degree from Drexel University and an M.B.A. degree from New York University |
