Bronwyn D. Andreas is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. As a partner in the Corporate Department, her principal areas of practice include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, project finance, corporate finance and private equity transactions.
Bronwyn has experience in registered and unregistered securities offerings in both the United States and abroad. She has advised corporate clients in general corporate matters, corporate governance issues and anti-takeover structures; and has experience with IP acquisition and licensing agreements.
Bronwyn has served as a consultant to GE in their transactions and finance group.
