As a member of the firm’s tax practice group, Ms. Rome works with corporate, business, and individual clients in federal, state and local tax planning and tax dispute resolution.She has experience representing banks in corporate trust matters. Additionally, she is involved in general business planning for corporations, partnerships, business entities and nonprofit and charitable organizations.
