Brian Sullivan previously worked with MG Capital LLC, an equity investment firm. His efforts included identifying and leading the company in Mergers and Acquisitions activities. He led a rapidly growing practice area that focused on acquiring mid-sized businesses that had cash flow of $1-10 million, or annual revenues of $5-10 million. The primary industry sectors that Brian focused on were manufacturing, manufacturing services, and value distribution companies. He also sought out companies with good prospects for internal sales growth and external growth through acquisitions, as well as opportunities for operational improvements with either existing management or new leadership provided by his firm. Prior to working with MG Capital, Brian was the General Manager of Raimon Land Public CO. Ltd., a publicly listed property development company. Brian has also worked as in-house legal counsel for Carrier Corporation focusing on mergers and acquisitions, international transaction, and corporate law matters for both North America and Latin American.At Nomadic Capital Brian originates, executes and manages private equity and debt placements, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and general financial advisory engagements as well as legal counsel relative to all aspects of transactions.
Prior to joining Carrier Brian was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard where he served as shipboard division officer and operations specialist. Brian has an M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Management (with High Honors) from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. |
