Brian Osgood is responsible for overall leadership of the Software Development and Network Infrastructure teams to constantly elevate RDC's offerings. He oversees the development of RDC's online property records search engine, integrations with client and partner systems, expansion of geographic coverage, data conversions and data maintenance. With over 15 years experience working directly with county offices which maintain property land records, Mr. Osgood has insightful knowledge of counties' data from across the United States. Mr. Osgood has managed over 400 software implementations in county offices nationwide throughout his career. Mr. Osgood earned a bachelor's degree in Management, along with a concentration in Systems, from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Mr. Osgood is currently pursuing an MBA from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management. |
