Brian Mooney Chief Financial Officer Mr. Mooney has more than 12 years of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity investments, corporate finance, and valuation analysis. Mr. Mooney also has operating experience as a CFO of early stage and mature companies, particularly in the medical industry. Mr. Mooney is a founder and managing partner of Commercial Bridge Capital, LLC, a venture lending fund and a founder and managing partner of Regent Partners, LLC, a boutique investment banking firm. Mr. Mooney earned his MBA in Corporate Finance in 1990 from the University of Maryland Graduate Business School at College Park, and his BA in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Mooney also serves on the board of directors of Verras Medical, Inc., SmartPro3, Inc. and MediaGear, Inc. |
