Brian Kelly has been a Director of the Company since July 1995. He has served as Co-Chairman of the Company since October 1998. He previously served as President of the Company from July 1997 to October 1998 and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from July 1995 to October 1998. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from February 1991 until July 1997 and Secretary of the Company from May 1991 until October 1997. Mr. Kelly served as Vice President of Finance for International Consumer Techonologies Corporation ("ICT") from December 1990 to January 1995 and as a director of ICT from February 1994 to January 1995. In January 1995, ICT was merged with and into a subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Kelly holds a law degree from Fordham Law School and a B.A. degree in accounting from Rutgers University, and is a certified public accountant. |
