Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Dowd was a Vice President at Shattuck Hammond Partners, a full service investment banking firm serving the healthcare industry. Mr. Dowd’s background includes over 10 years of commercial loan origination and portfolio management, including over $1 billion in loan restructures and portfolio dispositions. Mr. Dowd received his MBA in Finance from The New York University Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Iona College. |
