Brian Copple is the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Eclipsys Corporation. He is responsible for all of the company’s legal affairs.
Mr. Copple has been a practicing corporate and securities lawyer for 18 years. Before joining Eclipsys, he was the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Exult, Inc., a provider of human resources business process outsourcing services, which was acquired by Hewitt Associates. Earlier, Mr. Copple was a partner with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, as well as JD and MBA degrees from UCLA.
Mr. Copple divides his time between the company’s Boca Raton, FL corporate headquarters and the company’s office in Newport Beach, CA. |
