Brian Karpoff joined the Company in 1998 as Manager Corporate Taxation. In 2004 he was named Director and in 2005 he was promoted to Vice President Corporate Taxation. Previously he served 17 years as Tax Manager / Assistant Controller of Cooperheat Inc. a contracting and manufacturing company. He was part of a management team that purchased Cooperheat Inc. in 1986 and resold the company in 1992 after six years of substantial sales and profit growth. He also held various positions in public accounting and banking. Mr. Karpoff has over 20 years experience in taxation including mergers & acquisitions planning compliance international and audit. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rider University and a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Seton Hall University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. |
