Brian Harvey is an Associate in the Financial Solutions Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office. Mr. Harvey's practice focuses on matters involving commercial litigation, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, complex lender liability, corporate workouts and reorganizations.
Mr. Harvey received his B.A., with honors, in Philosophy from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2001 and earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2005. While in law school, Mr. Harvey served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ernest M. Robles of the United States Bankruptcy Court. Following law school, Mr. Harvey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ellen Carroll of the United States Bankruptcy Court.
