Brian has been involved in the New York legal community for many years. He has served as general counsel to a publicly-held Internet company and was a senior partner in a mid-sized New York law firm specializing in corporate, finance, tax, and securities law. He also served as that firm’s hiring partner for several years.
Brian became a legal recruiter in 1998 and joined Major, Lindsey & Africa three years later. He holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and an LL.M. (in taxation) from New York University School of Law. Brian received his B.A. from Fordham University and is admitted to practice in New York and California. |
