Brian Ace has served as a Director of the Company since November 2003, following the acquisition of Grange National Banc Corp. Mr. Ace is a member of the Loan and Compensation Committees. He served on the Board of Directors of Grange National Banc Corp. from 1992 to November 2003, and was Vice Chairman of the Board from 2001 to November 2003. Mr. Ace is owner of Laceyville Hardware in Laceyville, PA, a member of the Laceyville Business Association and Chairman of the Laceyville Revitalization project. |
