Mr. Pomerantz has over 20 years of experience as a financial advisor to middle market companies.Prior to joining Sansome Street Appraisers, Mr. Pomerantz was President and Chief Executive Officer of Media Enterprises, LP, Chicago, IL., a holding company for trade publications. Prior to that, Mr. Pomerantz was Chief Financial Officer of CMX, Inc., a Northfield, IL business firm consulting. Prior to joining CMX, Mr. Pomerantz was the Founder and Managing Principal of Ascent Financial, LLC, a private equity firm founded in partnership with a seventy-person financial consulting firm. Mr. Pomerantz’s valuation experience includes valuations of middle market companies, start-ups, real estate and intellectual property. Having acquired, invested in and run middle market companies, Mr. Pomerantz brings a real world perspective towards understanding the unique aspects of value.Mr. Pomerantz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University, and his MBA degree in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. |
