H. Brian Thompson has been a director since October 2003. Mr. Thompson has been Executive Chairman of Global Telecom and Technology (GTT), a Multi-Network Operator, since October 2006 and continues to head his own private equity investment and advisory firm, Universal Telecommunications, Inc. From December 2000 to June 2007, Mr. Thompson was Chairman of Comsat International, one of the largest independent telecommunications operators serving all of Latin America. He currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of Axcelis Technologies, Inc., ICO Global Communications and Penske Automotive Group. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business, and received an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
