Brian counsels clients on general corporate and transactional matters, including private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, licensing, technology and other business transactions. He is a member of Graham & Dunn’s Emerging Companies and Entrepreneurs Team. Prior to joining Graham & Dunn, Brian was a corporate associate in the Silicon Valley office of an international law firm.
