Brett recently moved from St. Paul, Minneapolis to join Johnson Capital’s Phoenix office as a loan analyst in August, 2007. Brett is a recent graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Commercial Real Estate Finance. Specifically, coursework focused on using case studies in commercial development, finance and valuation, where Brett was exposed to both development and lending issues in Commercial Real Estate. He dealt first-hand with investment feasibility of various property types by using information gathered through rent and sales comparables to identify successful investments satisfying standard underwriting guidelines. While attending Marquette University, Brett was active in many organizations such as the Commercial Association of Realtors of Wisconsin, Marquette Real Estate Club and President of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
