Brett Hamilton is a leading member of the Firm's Finance, Real Estate and Banking Section. He helps secure multi-million dollar financing for national and international owners and operators of apartment complexes, industrial and warehouse properties, hotels, office buildings and shopping centers. Mr. Hamilton focuses on partnering companies and banks in syndicate deals involving real estate financing, construction, development, and purchase and sale transactions. He recently represented syndicate agents in a $600,000,000 credit facility as well as two publicly traded real estate trusts in a credit facility of $400,000,000.
