Mr. Bishov is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of transactions for T&C. Previously, Mr. Bishov was a Vice President and head of the origination group at American Commercial Capital ("ACC") a Wells Fargo Capital Markets Business. During his tenure at ACC, Mr. Bishov successfully structured and financed over $500 million of transactions involving acquisitions, franchising, dispositions, recapitalizations and management buyouts. Mr. Bishov.s responsibilities included origination, financial analysis, structuring, negotiation and closing of transactions. In addition to managing the origination group, Mr. Bishov created a loan program to provide leverage to buyers of triple net leased retail properties on a national basis (utilizing a streamlined process). Mr. Bishov began his career at ACC in the credit and underwriting group. Prior to joining ACC, Mr. Bishov managed Quality Healthcare Equipment Company ("Quality") where he focused on creating synthetic lease programs for large hospital chains in order for them to have more efficient financial access to various types of medical equipment. Prior to joining Quality, Mr. Bishov was a Vice President with First Bank and Trust Company of Illinois ("First Bank") where he was responsible for commercial loan origination, underwriting and execution as well as the creation of First Bank.s residential loan program which was created to aggregate and subsequently sell in bulk, residential loans to the capital markets. Prior to joining First Bank, Mr. Bishov was at Grant Thornton focusing on Bank audit and RTC restructuring. Mr. Bishov graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business from the University of Kansas.
