Brent Lister originates, negotiates and underwrite both debt and equity transactions for Johnson Capital clients. Brent has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development and financing. Lister began his financing career in 1987 with Metmore Financial, a subsidiary of Metropolitan Life Insurance. Most recently he was Executive Vice President and co-manager of the Western office of American Property Financing (APF). During Brent’s career, he has been instrumental in successfully funding over $2.5 billion of commercial and multi-family loans, joint-ventures and equity transactions. Prior to Metmore, Brent was responsible for financing, entitlements, and legal for a real estate development company that specialized in condominiums and planned unit developments. Brent received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management-Finance from Brigham Young University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. |
