Brenda Blanchard, Vice President Public Affairs, is responsible for creating alliances and think tank partnerships that address high priority Novartis issues. These alliances/partnerships aid Novartis by developing and disseminating independent research, educating thought-leaders and decision-makers on pharmaceutical/healthcare issues, and advocating in support of patient-centered healthcare, as well as effective IP protection for the pharmaceutical industry.
In this position, Ms. Blanchard also supports ongoing federal and state government affairs efforts at the corporate level, and manages special project local/state and federal agency government affairs outreach activities. |
